Here we go again!

So, after another manager, or so it seems, is about to bite the dust, who will be the next one to take the job?

It has to be someone that can inspire the players to play football, you would think that would be something relatively simple to do, seeing how much they are paid!

English or foreign, it doesn't matter, passion is what we need, there have been so many uninspiring performances in the last few years, not only under McClaren, but also under Sven - is it time we started looking at the under performing players? Are managers too often used as a way of papering over the cracks, and being made scapegoats? We need a manager that will boss the team in the way that Sir Alex Ferguson does at Manchester United, the players respect, and are probably scared, of him, and they are there to perform - no player is bigger than the team, and he will not take any bol****s from them, which is how it should be?

Vote in the poll, we'll keep you updated with what we hear if you do the same!
