Ok, so it stinks right now! Aside from that, reports we've read today indicate that the departing England manager is potentially ready to take a £1m a year paycut to be in charge at Real Madrid.
Elsewhere, apart from someone on this train stinking like a sewer, Sir Bobby Robson has tipped Martin O'Neill as a good bet, and wants would like to see a home grown candidate chosen, despite the fact that O'Neill is not. Robson has also said that Alan Curbishley would be a viable option, but that Stuart Pearce lacks the experience, in his view, to take charge this time around, but would be good value in the future.
Alan Curbishley and Steve McClaren go head to head in the fa cup managerial cup tonight, will they be going head to head in the final furlong for the England managers seat?
Finally for the time being, Terry Butcher has tipped someone for the post, we can't remember who though, please get us ou of our misery and let us know who it is...
